We are pleased to announce McMaster has moved to phase 2 of the implementation of Blue by Explorance for the Student Course Experience Survey (SCES). In phase 2, delegates are being asked to now verify course section data in Blue using the Data Integration Gateway (DIG) tool.

We will be hosting training sessions with all course delegates to introduce the new data preparation process and provide a demonstration on how to flag each course section for evaluation. Training will occur in smaller sessions for each faculty. Please see the schedule below for the faculty training sessions. If you have not already received a calendar invitation and would like to attend, please email evals@mcmaster.ca and we will forward you the invitation.

Science: Tuesday February 14: 10:00am-11:00am

Health Sciences: Tuesday February 14: 11:00am-12:00pm

Arts & Science: Tuesday February 14: 1:00pm-2:00pm

Business: Thursday February 16: 9:00am – 10:00am

Social Sciences: Thursday February 16: 11:00am – 12:00pm

Humanities: Thursday February 16: 1:00pm – 2:00pm

Engineering: Thursday February 16: 2:30pm-3:30pm

A follow-up drop-in session will be held Thursday February 23, 2023, from 10:00am-12:00pm. The SCES administrators will be available during this time for any follow-up questions or concerns. In additional to the training sessions, the training presentation, manual and video tutorial will be sent out for reference by email to all delegates, as well as shared via Teams group.
