Student Records - Term Statistics

The Student Records – Term Statistics dashboard is designed to give users access to a variety of student enrolment and performance reports, including:

  • Student headcount enrolment reports by term.
  • Degrees awarded and minors awarded.
  • Academic standing, reinstatements, and student awards (Dean’s Honour List and Provost Honour Roll only).
  • Graduate term counts.

Users of the Student Records – Term Statistics dashboard include:

  • Faculty Deans and Administrators
  • Department Chairs and Administrators
  • School of Graduate Studies
  • Registrar’s Office
  • Student Success Centre

Users of the Student Records – Term Statistics dashboard fall into two security roles.:

  • General access: These users can view aggregate-level reports for the entire university and are not limited by Faculty or Department.
  • Student-level access: These users have access to the same reports as the General users, as well as access to additional reports at the individual student level.

Access to the Student Records – Term Statistics dashboard and the Student Records – Courses dashboard are granted together. If you have access to one but not the other, please contact IRA Help.

  • Unit and headcount enrolment in courses.
  • Grades awarded.
  • Course scheduling including instructors, room assignments, class meeting patterns and more.

Users of the Student Records – Courses dashboard include:

  • Faculty Deans and Administrators
  • Department Chairs and Administrators
  • School of Graduate Studies

Student Admissions - Undergraduate

The Student Admissions – Undergraduate dashboard is designed to give users access to a variety of admissions reports and analytics, including:

  • Admission status broken down by faculty, program, and plan
  • Information about grade distributions of 101 applicants and previous institutions of 105 applicants
  • As-of-day breakdown for granular comparison of applications and offers from previous years

Users of the Student Records – Courses dashboard include:

  • Faculty Deans and Administrators
  • Department Chairs and Administrators
  • Registrar’s Office
  • Student Success Centre

Access to the Student Admissions – Undergraduate dashboard is available to those who need it for planning or decision making. The Faculties and Registrar’s Office, along with other stakeholders from across the university, were consulted to design the dashboard and determine access to BI in accordance with their role and associated access in Mosaic.

Users can see data for the whole university without being restricted by their Faculty or Department.

IQAP Dashboard

The purpose of the IQAP Dashboard is to provide program reviewers with data pertinent to the review process, including:

  • Student Enrolment
  • Student Performance
  • Course Enrolments
  • Degrees Awarded
  • Research Awards

The IQAP Dashboard is intended for IQAP reviewers. Other users interested in Student dashboards are directed to the Student Records – Courses and Student Records – Term Statistics dashboards.

Access to the IQAP Dashboard is given to users completing an IQAP program review. Users are not limited by Faculty, Department or Plan for Student data. For Research Awards data, users are limited to viewing results for their own Department only. All reports are aggregated and no student-level data is provided.
